Who processes your data

What data and why
From the request form we process your name, e-mail, phone number, dates of stay and the text of your message. The data is used to handle your request and to conclude a booking (negotiating a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For completed stays we also keep the guest register required by law and data for accounting.
How long
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 6 months at the latest. Data related to stays is kept for the period set by law.
Who we share it with
The website is hosted by Cloudflare and requests are delivered to us by e-mail through the Resend service. Confirmed bookings are entered into Google Calendar (guest name, dates, and contact details with the number of guests in the notes). These providers process the data only on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Technical logs
When the form is sent or a booking is confirmed, the server writes a technical log entry (time, apartment, dates and number of guests, without your name or contact details). If a request cannot be delivered, its content is also stored in the log so that it can be handled manually, and the website administrator is notified by e-mail. Logs are kept by Cloudflare for no more than 7 days.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses no cookies. Visits may be measured anonymously without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics). The map is embedded from OpenStreetMap; when it is displayed, your IP address is transferred to the OpenStreetMap server.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing and object to it. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
